Our process begins with an initial consultation, most often over the phone. This is an opportunity for you to describe your project details and the work you're looking to have done. Following the initial phone call, an in person meeting is usually scheduled at your home. This is when more specific elements of the project, such as scope of work and timelines, get discussed.

After an in person consultation, we send you a detailed project quote outlining the proposed scope of work. This proposal will include approximate costs for each element of the project as well as descriptions and projected timelines for each phase. Estimates are sent within 24 hours of the in person consultation.

This is where your project starts to become a reality! When you accept the project estimate, you're provided with a formal written contract proposal outlining specific project info. This includes total costs, payment scheduling, work timelines and a materials selection sheet (if applicable). At this point, contract terms get discussed and adjusted before both you and Bare Hands Construction agree to terms.

With estimates and material selection behind you, your new project can finally get underway! Within one week of work beginning, you may have one final meeting with the Project Coordinator who will inspect site conditions and confirm that work is ready to begin.

For larger remodels, demolition is usually the first phase to take place. This may involve dumpster rental and placement on the premises which is discussed and agreed on before demolition beginning.

Our goal throughout the project process is maintaining transparency and communication between you and our Project Coordinator to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience!

Once your project is completed, we schedule a final walkthrough to ensure your satisfaction with our craftsmanship. This will most often take place on the final day of our crew being on site. As much as we hope you enjoy having us in your home, we want to leave the final walkthrough knowing you will enjoy your remodeled space even more!
