Due to the nature of our business and the effort put forth prioritizing the needs of each of our customers, we encourage you to provide as much information about your remodel project as possible when inquiring about job quotes through our contact form, email or phone. In order for us to get a comprehensive understanding of the scope of work involved, having clear photos, measurements and descriptions readily available will allow us to effectively formulate a relatively accurate job estimate. Our goal is to create a seamless and transparent process for maximum efficiency in providing your quote and beginning a remodel project.

We certainly understand our proficiencies as well as our limitations when it comes to your project needs. In an effort to provide exceptional service, we remain transparent when it comes to discussing the scope of work involved in your remodel or renovation project. If we’re confident in proficiently completing the work that you’re looking to have done, we’ll be up front about that. If for whatever reason we feel that we may not be the right fit, we’ll be sure to communicate that as well and are more than willing to recommend what we feel is the best direction to move in going forward. Our goal is not to make empty promises in order to win every bid. It’s to make sure that you’re going to choose the right company for the job, whether that be Bare Hands Construction or a different company better suited for the scope of work.

We work hard to maximize efficiency when it comes to our process. With systems in place to manage each remodel project and renovation, that process is continuously improving. When you come to terms on beginning a project, subsequent steps involve scheduling and preparing for us to arrive on site. Weather and other unforeseen circumstances may play a factor in scheduling, but we strive to complete the remodel or renovation within the initially discussed timeline.

BHC owner Louie Martini is the sole operator within the company. When you call, text or email, you will be in direct contact with him. Depending on the scope of work involved in your project, there may or may not be sub contractors needed in completing certain phases. As a licensed Home Improvement Contractor in NJ, Louie performs a majority of work with the exception of trades such as plumbing and electrical which require separately licensed professionals. Rest assured, only licensed and insured professional contractors will ever be on site to work on your remodel project or renovation.

Depending on the scope of work, we typically assume responsibility for the purchase, transport and shipping of project materials. We understand that some customers may prefer to purchase materials themselves, but in an effort to create and maintain a consistent work flow while sticking to the desired project timeline, we recommend that the cost and purchase of materials be inclusive within the total project price. Terms on the purchase of specific materials can be discussed and agreed upon before beginning your remodel or renovation project.
